How to make an order?
I work officially as an individual entrepreneur and pay taxes. According to the law of Ukraine, an individual entrepreneur cannot accept payments under business agreements to the individual's card, therefore all payments for orders are made to the account of the individual entrepreneur only.
The order is paid in one of the following ways:
1) To place an order, send me a message (E-mail, Instagram, Facebook, Viber or Telegram) and I will send you the International Bank Account Number and the payment amount.
2) Place an order on the website. You can pay directly using the LIQPAY online payment service.
Shipping across Ukraine
Shipping across Ukraine is free for customers (at my expense) and carried out by the "Nova Poshta" service only. Shipping across Ukraine is possible to some cities and towns where the Nova Poshta branch operates. Shipping to temporarily occupied territories in Ukraine is not possible.
Estimated Time of Arrival: 1-3 business days.
International shipping
International shipping is paid at postal service prices (usually around $20).
Attention! Postal services in different countries can impose extra taxes or tariffs. These costs are paid by the recipient. I am not responsible for taxation.
However, upon your request, I may set the minimum declared value, mark the shipment as a gift to reduce additional taxes. To do so, include your request in the comments in the order.
Estimated Time of Arrival: 10-20 business days.
Order checking
When ordering, be sure to select the correct product and the required number of units. In any case, I always check if everything is correct when you confirm your order. If after all clarifications and confirmation of the order you would like to make changes and it is possible - the cost of changes is discussed in each specific case. Some changes do not require extra payments (such as oxidation of the product).
Parcel checking
Please make sure the parcel and products are intact before receiving. The package should be checked in the presence of post office employees. When you receive the parcel without checking, you confirm that everything is fine with the parcel by default. In that case, if it turns out later that something happened to the parcel, I won't have any official reason to apply for compensation.
The parcel is lost or damaged by mail

If the parcel is lost or damaged by mail, I will need a formal documentary confirmation from the post office that the jewelry has been lost or damaged. After the official confirmation of this fact, I have the possibility to send a compensation request to the postal service and then I will transfer this compensation to you.
The parcel hasn't arrived, can I get a refund?
If your order has been placed and shipped, then I will definitely send a message with a confirmation and the parcel number. In this case, I will not refund the money, as the work was completed in full. Unfortunately, I cannot affect the speed of the postal service and am not responsible for it. If your parcel is lost or damaged in the mail, refer to the previous section.
Returns & exchanges
According to the legislation of Ukraine, jewelry is included in the list of goods that are NOT subject to return and exchange: "Jewelry of proper quality, indicated in the list of non-food goods approved by Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, is not subject to return and exchange."
But, each rule has exceptions. If there is a dispute about your order - I am always ready to listen to you and do everything possible to make you as a client satisfied and had only a positive impression. I have never made a mistake regarding customer orders, but everything can happen - I am just a human being, after all :)
